Why might your Housing Officer need to contact you?
Our Housing Officers help to look after your neighbourhood and are often the first point of contact for our tenants. This means that your Housing Officer may need to get in touch with you regarding many different matters.
As a new tenant you will get a visit from your Housing Officer around 4 to 6 weeks after receiving your keys. This is because we want to see if you have settled in and if you are having any issues in your new home.
These are the reasons why your Housing Officer needs to get in touch with you.
