Almond Housing Association is a registered Scottish Charity based in Livingston, serving tenants and owners throughout the West Lothian area.

We are currently seeking an experienced, technically qualified Manager, to support, guide and lead our Capital Projects team to deliver a quality programme of capital works to our 2,500 tenants.

In order to be successful, candidates must have worked in a similar role within a target focused environment and have proven experience and skills in the following areas:

  • Identifying building defects
  • Preparing a specification of works
  • Works programming, including life cycle costing
  • Interpreting and complying with Regulatory requirements
  • Procurement of goods and services
  • Contractor management
  • Operational planning and budget management
  • Line management
