Almond Housing Association is a registered Scottish Charity based in Livingston, serving customers throughout West Lothian.

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Officer to join our team, supporting our customers to be proud of their homes, their neighbourhoods and their communities.

As a Housing Officer with Almond Housing Association you will manage a diverse range of accommodation to ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service. You will interact with customers in their homes and neighbourhoods, providing advice on all matters relating to their tenancy, ensuring customers have peaceful enjoyment of their homes as well as the surrounding environment. You will undertake estate inspections and monitor delivery of service standards by our contractors in addition to maximising rent collection.

Possessing relevant housing experience, you will be a team player who is self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative. Experience of estate management and arrears recovery is essential, as are strong written and verbal communication skills.
