Almond Housing Association is a registered Scottish Charity based in Livingston, working to serve our customers throughout West Lothian.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Asset Management team, for a fixed period of 12 months.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and will be focused on ensuring the delivery of a high quality repairs service to all of our tenants. Principal duties will include the inspection, ordering and checking of repairs to domestic properties, including our annual gas servicing programme. Other key duties will include quality control checks and monitoring and checking of invoices.
Applicants should be computer literate with experience in a similar role. A recognised qualification in a building services or building maintenance related discipline would be advantageous.
