Project Delivery Manager
Two Year - Fixed Term Project Role
Are you an experienced self-motivated Project Manager with Customer Service at the forefront of all that you do? Are you a highly organised team player who communicates well? If so, this role could be for you!
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and planning skills to work within our Asset Management Team on a key project to deliver urgent and essential remedial work for our properties affected by Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC).
This role involves the planning and managing of our RAAC remediation programme, building relationships with colleagues, contractors, and customers to meet required standards and deadlines. The successful delivery of the programme and understanding the importance of our customers during this challenging time are key.

Salary - £46,975 - £52,43 per annum
Location – Our office is based in Livingston however, we have a flexible approach to our working arrangements, subject to role requirements, in line with our hybrid working policy. We offer a 36-hour working week over Monday to Friday (currently with a 9-day fortnight trial in place, where every other Friday is a rest-day).
