Growing Together: Love Food Hate Waste

Zero Waste Scotland, Scottish Government, Energy Saving Trust

Learn how to save money through menu planning, smart shopping and using up leftovers. These fun and interactive sessions will describe how to cut your food waste, and help you save up to £437 a year!

Changeworks now delivers our popular Love Food Hate Waste workshops online. These free workshops are available to businesses or community groups in Edinburgh, the Lothians, Scottish Borders, Fife and the Highlands and Islands. The hour long workshop highlights the scale and impact of food waste on the environment and our wallets. The practical advice given helps employees prevent food waste and avoid wasting money.

Love Food Hate Waste workshops are tailored to the needs of each organisation and offer benefits to staff and employees alike. Funded by the Scottish Government and delivered in partnership with Zero Waste Scotland and the Energy Saving Trust, they are completely free of charge. Attendees will learn how to save up to £460 a year while helping tackle the climate emergency, plus they'll have the chance to enter a prize draw to win a £100 voucher.
