MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

£20,235.00-£27,147.00 per annum

Almond Housing Association is a registered Scottish Charity based in Livingston, serving tenants and owners throughout the West Lothian area.

We are currently seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, customer focussed and who has good attention to detail to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant. Self-motivated with good administrative skills, you will support our Asset Management team with a range of day to day tasks including:

  • Customer service – Deal promptly with requests for information from internal and external customers via phone, email, and online enquiries;
  • Repair Works – processing of repair works orders including emergency callouts and issuing follow-on works;
  • Data Processing - Ensure Asset Management information is kept up to date by processing data promptly and accurately, including: repair instructions, service records and certificates, customer feedback surveys;
  • Contract Administration – providing efficient administration support to both Reactive Repairs and Gas contract;
  • Monitor Service Delivery - Review Contractor / Supplier activity though continual monitoring and producing of regular performance reports;
  • Team Working - Provide administrative support to the Asset Management and contribute to the successful delivery of the Asset Team’s business plan;
  • Working to targets in a fast-moving work environment
