Property Assistant – Temporary Post to October 2026

A varied and interesting role, with a focus on our customers and working closely with our contractors means you will be an important central support within our fast paced Asset Management repairs team.

Salary £23,048 – £30, 914 per annum (Dependant on Experience)

Location – Our office is based in Livingston however, we have a flexible approach to our working arrangements in line with our hybrid working policy . For more information on our hybrid working policy, and our 9-day fortnight working, please email enquiries@almondha.org.uk.

What will we offer you?

We offer a 36-hour working week over Monday to Friday. However, we are currently operating a 9-day fortnight where every second Friday is a ‘rest day’.

Our pension scheme is active from the day you join us, and we contribute 10% towards it.

The role is on a fixed term basis to cover an internal project requirement.
