An Update on Reactive Repairs

Over the last year our Reactive Repairs Contractor, Response, have faced a number of industry challenges which has resulted in a number of our non-emergency repairs taking longer than we would like for them to be completed, and a backlog in jobs.

We have been working very closely with them to provide additional support and assistance to clear this backlog and are pleased to say that we have managed to reduce this backlog of works by over 72% since January. We are aware that there are still a number of jobs which are overdue and continue to work with Response to get these cleared as quickly as possible. We would like to thank all our customers for their patience during this time, and would like to reassure you that will be in touch with you shortly to get all outstanding works booked in.
