The Squinty Tree has a new ending

To introduce our new Development and Regeneration Strategy, we updated the end of the Squinty Tree animation to ponder what the area might look like in the future.
If you remember, in the original animation the all seeing eye of the Squinty Tree looked to the past... what might it see in 10, 20, 30 years time??
