AEL Mutli Trade Supervisor
Almond Enterprises Ltd. (AEL) was established nearly 20 years ago and is a subsidiary company of Almond Housing Association (AHA). AEL undertake a range of high quality, good value cleaning and environmental services across West Lothian for AHA and other commercial customers.
AHA manages over 2500 properties primarily located in Livingston, Bathgate, and Whitburn. AEL is a private company limited by guarantee.
AEL is currently looking for a Multi Trade Supervisor with a wealth of experience in painting and decorating, as well as a broad knowledge of essential trades such as plumbing, joinery, electrical fixtures, fencing, and decorating.

It will be the first trades post within AEL and offers a motivated candidate the opportunity to establish and grow a team to deliver works for AHA and external clients. The ideal candidate will not only supervise and train staff but will also actively undertake works as part of their role. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards in health and safety and housing repairs.

Salary - £35,000 per annum
