Ladywell

Ladywell is a residential area in the West of Livingston and is bordered by Howden, Knightsridge and Deans.

Ladywell is split in to two areas Ladywell East and the "Banks" which are all named after trees and Ladywell West and the "Braes" which are names after birds of prey and water fowl.

Ladywell has the main high school for the area, Inveralmond Community High School and also has Harrysmuir Primary School and the Cedarbank School.

Ladywell is close to local amenities with Almondvale Shopping Centre and St Johns Hospital on its doorstep and also has good commuter links to Edinburgh and Glasgow via the M8 motorway and the Livingston North train station.
