Eliburn

Eliburn, one of the newest areas of Livingston, is mostly private housing but we do have some properties there.

On the main road running through the area, you will find a grocery store, a restaurant and takeaway as well as a hairdresser.

Eliburn also has its own fishery, "Eliburn Reservoir", which is run by West Lothian Coarse Anglers Association. This 3-acre water is found off Houston Road which separates Deans and Eliburn. The reservoir is stocked with a wide variety of coarse fish, most notably; Carp, Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd and Ide among others.
